Our partners and founders, Jim Fosina and Jerry Maxson, have a combined 50-years experience in direct marketing to the publishing, package goods, services and entertainment industries. Their reputations in the marketplace have allowed them to attract an exceptional staff of professionals with a wide variety of experience.

Recent Professional Accomplishments:

Jim has applied his knowledge and expertise to building two of the most successful pay-for-performance interactive advertising companies in the industry today: Fosina Marketing Group and List Services Interactive.

He developed a highly profitable internet children's book business for Scholastic at Home in less than two years. Jim seamlessly integrated Grolier's on-line and off-line business dimensions and improved the lifetime value of Grolier customers through repeat purchase, retention and reactivating programs.

Recent Professional Accomplishments:

Jerry is the creator of Gevalia®, the largest direct marketing auto-replenishment continuity business in the world. He has developed dozens of new direct marketing businesses for Columbia House, Weekly Reader, Gevalia and Kraft among others.

As Executive Vice President of Grolier Direct Marketing, Jerry was instrumental in increasing business through new product development and media expansion.
